Job Responsible
1. Follow up with sales team members and provide the best service to clients.
2. Assist client with product installation and provide adequate response.
3. Troubleshooting issue & technical support.
4. Manage stock delivery and stock return.
5. Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Job Requirenments
1. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in technical issue management.
2. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Biomedical Science or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST), English, Bahasa Malaysia
4. Analytical and problem solving skills.
5. High level of self-discipline for remote work arrangements.
