Job Description
Salary Range: RM 4,000 -RM 6,000
Location: Sunwaymas Commercial Center, Petaling Jaya
Nature of Business: Medical Equipment Supplies
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and handle full sets of accounts according to group financial policies.
- Maintain and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate fund balances to operate the business.
- Liaise with all departments on payment, collection and invoicing matters.
- Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operation; Handle quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Coordinate audit activities and perform tax computation to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.
- Assist in overall aspects of accounting functions and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Maintain filling system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times.
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelors in Accounting / LCCI / ACCA / any other higher accounting qualification.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the accounting field.
- Must be able to handle full set accounts.
- Knowledge in any Accounting Software, Words and Excel.
- Ability to organize work independently with minimum supervision.
